Leadership & Change Project

Me and my team of three other classmates presented this slide for our Design Thinking Project. This project required us to develop a “creative/innovation” solution to a challenge, following the different exercises we learned throughout the semester. We had to come together as a team in order to successfully complete this assignment and present this to our classmates. This helped us to reflect on the creative process as a whole, as we needed to get innovative and bring new ideas to the issue.

At the beginning of the semester, we picked employers who would give us a project to fulfill throughout the semester. I chose Exodus Escape Room, and throughout the semester, the team got valuable non-work experience regarding the business industry. The team made cold calls, researched different franchises that looked profitable, and worked to expand Exodus.

This presentation is a powerpoint with what I can bring to the table and what I can do for a company. In this presentation, I display my Unique Selling Proposition (USP), the benefits I bring to a company, and my overall brand.

Project Giving Light

Intro to Marketing Project

In this project, I was a part of a team that wrote and presented a marketing plan for a product that was in its beginning stages of growth, which ended up being Project Giving Light. This is a real non-profit organization that helped throw birthday parties for children who were not able to have that privilege. We identified their target market to position their product. We made sure to keep in mind that the plan had to be line up and be consistent with the company’s mission and values. We finished the project by presenting it to the client.
